What happens to spam delivered the Junk folder by the Anti-Spam Quarantine feature?
Currently, it simply fills up the Junk folder until you delete it. We recommend you delete everything over one month old in that folder, as it is very unlikely that any messages that old would be legitimate message incorrectly marked as spam that you have missed. In the future, there may be a feature to automatically purge old messages from this folder, but this feature hasn't been created yet.
Email issues
I am expecting to receive an email, but it is not appearing in my Inbox. Where is it?
If you have the Anti-Spam Quarantine enabled, messages that are marked as spam will be delivered to the folder "mail/Junk" rather than your Inbox. Use Webmail to review your Junk folder and check for the expected message there.
I have used the UNLServe Self-Help settings control to change my forward and/or vacation settings, and now I notice that I receive fewer messages. What is happening?
When you use the UNLServe Self-Help settings control, you will automatically get the Anti-Spam Quarantine enabled. This feature redirects messages marked as spam into the folder "mail/Junk" rather than deliver them to your Inbox. Please see above for more info on the Anti-Spam Quarantine feature.
I didn't receive an attachment or people are having problems sending me attachments
Some attachment types are dangerous, and may contain viruses or other malware. Email messages will not be accepted if they contain attachment types on the following list. The antivirus scanner also checks inside archives and will reject messages containing blocked attachments.
